CREATE YOUR OWN WORKOUT PROGRAMS
To build your own programs and workouts is simple with drag and drop. Combine exercises with various equipment in the same workout, anyway you like. Filter exercises by muscle group and tool. With Stark Fitness you can choose from more than 700 exercises across the categories Bodyweight, Barbell, Dumbbell, TRX/Suspension, Kettlebell, Gym Ball, Rip, Vipr, Bosu Ball, Resistance Band, Medicine Ball, Bulgarian Bag and Gym Machines. All exercises have a video where a professional trainer shows you how to perform the exercise with the correct form. In addition to strength exercises, there are also instructions for stretch and warm-up routines as well as Foam Roller exercises for recovery.

Get started by choosing a workout from 1 of the ready-made training programs. From more classic gym workouts for building muscle, to high-intensity tabata workouts focused on training your butt and abs. No matter what training goals you have set, Stark Fitness strives to support you reach them.
QUICKSTART
A fast and simple tool to make variation in your training. Choose if you wish to use some equipment or only your body weight, then time and intensity, and a fresh workout is created!
WORKOUT TIMER
Start a workout, follow the instructional videos and test to hold up with the pace.
For every session, you can configure the timer according to your own goals. Choose between Standard, Tabata, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) or circle training settings.
Standard: Select time or number of repetitions, length of rest, and number of sets.
Tabata: The time is locked to 20 seconds active and 10 seconds rest; select the number of rounds.
HIIT: Select active time, rest time, and number of rounds.
Circle: Select time or number of reps, rest intervals, and number of rounds.
Creating an acc is optional, but is needed if you wish to sync your programs and workouts across multiple devices.
